The fog of war influenced each of the Autobots differently, but none were immune to its creeping, devastating force. After eons of looking over one's shoulder, wondering if the next battle would be one's last, watching friends and fellow soldiers falling all around you, that fog closed in and could become overwhelming. It was always such a treat to spend time in the Decepticon brig, Jazz thought bitterly. This is not what I was thinkin' when I told Ratch I needed a vacation! At least I've got company this time. But poor Prowler just isn't up to much talkin' right yet. Technically, Prowl hadn't come online again since the initial ambush inside the Decepticon base, so his being chatty (which he was no Bluestreak even on the best of days) was the least of concerns to Jazz right now. But focusing on Prowl kept his processor off of less pleasant thoughts about his own injuries or what was going to happen next. "Well, at least it looks like Raj made it out ok.

Prowl did some of his best tactical planning while sitting in a graveyard. In a way he had done the same while still on Cybertron. Planning battles was his life and core programming, and what better place to do it than on recent battlefields, often still covered with the deactivated shells of friends and foes. Others thought he was unfeeling to be able to walk with seeming disinterest through the dead. But for Prowl it was a reminder of what he was fighting for, feeling the pain of loss for each and every fallen Autobot, and some measure of pity for the fallen Decepticons. Thirteen seconds. That was all it took for a plan to go totally to the pit. One moment he, Prowl and Mirage were quietly infiltrating the Decepticon base and then the alarms blared all around them. Pounding boots, blazing weapons and screamed curses overwhelmed his finely tuned sensor array. He dampened it all down, trying to avoid the crash of his whole sensor net. I'm alive!! What's up with Fanfiction.net?

Finally got back on DA - It seems like all I got the last month or so was virus warning when I tried to visit here...grr!! But I'm still alive, just wanted to tell all ya lovely people =) Since my laptop seems to think DA is evil, feel free to drop me an email at bluebirdsoaring@gmail.com if you want to chat =) Also, I was trying to write more Flashes of Black and White today, but for the life of me I can't get onto fanfiction.net today...is it just my computer all gone glitchy or are y'all having trouble with this too? Hot Wheels, TF nod =)

Hiya TF fans, Hot off the shelves, I finally found my Hot Wheels Lambo Murcielago - bright orange no less! But even more squee worthy is the 09 Corvette Stingray Concept car (bright yellow!) - Think Sideswipe from ROFT (I found both "twins" on the same day!) No really...here is the fun part. The back of the Singray Concept car reads: "With a futuristic shape based on the original 1959 Stingray race car, this concept care also draws on Corvette cues from other generations, making a sweet "transformation" from old to new"  Is that cool or what!! And IMO, if Siders got stuck as a Corvette, then he would have to be yellow! I'm not big on all

To Touch the Stars
